I have a 2019 Chevy Silverado with the notorious 8‑speed transmission issues that GM has known about for years, and A2Z Transmission has been the only shop that treated me with real honesty. (Wife teases me that my tires had more miles on them than my transmission) Jared and Brandon handled all communication with my warranty company and kept me updated weekly. When GM didn’t have a reman unit available, Jared explained they’d rebuild mine if the parts were available. He even showed me pictures and documentation proving that the suggested fixes wouldn’t have actually solved anything because of the underlying engineering design issues. From the start, Jared was upfront — he told me the rebuild would help for now, but because GM still hasn’t corrected the core design flaw, the repair would only be temporary. He was right. The same issues have returned, and I’m now preparing to take my truck back to A2Z again. See ya soon! Even though GM hasn’t addressed the problem, A2Z has been transparent, professional, and easy to work with. Their honesty is the reason I trust them.

Excellent overall experience! I showed up with my car in rough shape and they were so friendly and understanding. They did a ton of work on it in a surprisingly short amount of time and for a price that I thought was more than fair. I am grateful for their straightforward and transparent approach to pricing, different options for repairs, and shop policies. I would not recommend anyone else for transmission work!

We had a problem vehicle with unexpected transmission issues, and this business went above and beyond to help us. They saved our company a significant amount of money, provided excellent customer service, and had a very quick turnaround. To top it off, he personally drove over 50 miles to deliver the vehicle back to us. Jared, the owner, followed up the night of delivery to make sure we were happy and address any concerns. That level of care speaks volumes—he clearly takes pride in his work and is committed to delivering excellent results. Highly recommended. will ALWAYS use A2Z Transmission for any business/personal transmission needs. Having said that i will ALWAY advocate for Jared to any of my clients and or friends/family members
